Sub Arctic Work Camp Salad...=^P

Our revised plans are coming together.

The Everest Freestyle Expedition Traverse is now slated for Spring 2009...as the Olympic Torch Parade of Spring 2008 would make our traverse into a circus...or impossibility.

You can consult other entires in this blog to see what that's all about...or just watch mainstream media! =^]

Now we are doing Denali in Spring of 2008!

I received confirmation of our registration today.

We'll probably enjoy Summer Solstice, and our first shower in a month, under the Midnight Sun ...after a successful summit on the highest peak in North America. B^)

More details will be posted soon.

In the meantime, I've been making sure to pack on the pounds via various rigorous diets.

All you can EAT rib diet:

Sub Artic Work Camp Salad:

...which includes:

-organic baby lettuce (red romaine, green oak, red oak, green leaf, lolla rosa, red leaf, new red fire, little gem, tango, green romaine)

-organic baby greens (mizuna, tat soi, spinach, red chard, green chard, red mustard, arugula, beet tops)

-organic chicories (radicchio, frisee)

-pure white flaked tuna

-diced red pepper, gala apple, red onion

-dill, basil

...then bathed in aged balsamic vinegar. Yum.

I'm back on the Time Machine...so I need plenty of fuel for the open and sometimes frozen road...B^)

Until Soon

Phill =^)
