Cancer! =^o
19 Jul, 09 -01:32
As we revolve around that massive ball of energy we call the sun...and as other celestial bodies share relationships...I am reminded that we are all connected. Every atom...every insect....every animal...every person...every nation....every planet...and every star. We ALL are One. Dispute that...I dare you. Consider it (if you haven't already?!)...I challenge you...
Astrology can be viewed as entertainment....or the wisdom of thousands of years...and many cultures. It all depends on one's perspective...and ability to be open minded. =^]
Is there something to be said about the time of year we are each born. I think there is...
Regardless...we are on the cusp of crabby Cancer...and prideful Leo.
A number of Secret Spot Seven Summits blog (www.phillmichael.com) subscribers are Cancers. Yes....that's with a capital 'C'...and shouldn't be attached to any clinical or negative connotations.
I would like to honor those that I am aware of...with this collage of photos...

Profuse thanks go out to all of you...not only for being subscribers...but for virtually joining us on these Secret Spot Adventures. Those of you who have actually been supportive should know that we feel it and appreciate it...always. We would be nothing without you.
Sneaky Pete Colgan in his tree house in Massachusetts with his Secret Spot Prayer Flags
Speaking of blog subscribers...Sneaky Pete Colgan was good enough to climb into his tree-house in Massachusetts and display the prayer flags he 'won'. He received those because he was good enough to post a comment in the Secret Spot Seven Summits blog (www.phillmichael.com) about the entries that dealt with the formation of the SherpaSchool.ORG and Phuri's (Dawa's nephew's) heart surgery.
While I was traipsing around Sherpa Country in May of this year...I suggested, via BGAN satellite, that subscribers might be chosen to share in the prayers that fluttered in the wind and onwards into the stratosphere. Now they are. =^]
Thanx...to all of you...for the pure positive energy! =^)
Those prayers (that originated in remote Nepal) did not go unanswered...as Phuri (Dawa's nephew) is enjoying his new life with his new heart valve...and the SherpaSchool.ORG is going 'from fable...to table'.
I'm hard at work in Kanadia...tenuously weathering the 'Perfect Storm'.
When times seem tough...let's all remember to count our blessings and, most importantly, be positive. Negativity and fear mongering might sell newspapers...but that doesn't make it right. I suggest we all ponder that at this beginning of this beautiful summer of 'New Beginnings'...
Until Soon

Thanks for your positive SecretSpot blog today, Phill. Our prayer flags continue to be a ready source of positive energy and spiritualism. They are in our front foyer, right outside of my office, and they are a constant reminder of all things good. You, Phuri, and others are always in our thoughts and prayers.
And I don't think I've mentioned this to you, but when I opened the flag package upon their arrival, I seriously felt a great deal of a rare positive energy and spirit....incredible.
Looking forward to seeing you next time!
Linda and Steve
