The alleged end of the summer is a time of transition. For those of us who were brought up in North America, the beginning of September is the time when we start to see Summer grow weary of warming our bones. It's about this time that she (Summer) decides that Old Man Winter needs to grab the reins...and shape our daily existence. I've observed that once the Labour Day weekend is over in North America...people tend to get back to counting the nuts they have squirreled away and truly prepare for cold.
As we all (should) know...Summer actually makes her exit from the Northern Hemisphere on the Equinox. This year her flight is booked on Sept 22nd. That date happens to coincide with the soft launch of the SecretSpotStore.com . Have you been looking for something unique to worship/treasure/enjoy?! I suggest you check out the store when you get a chance! B^]

If we take a few moments to dig through historical archives, we will see that the seasons have an enormous effect on the lives of human beings...no matter where we live and what we do. I'll be so bold as to say that if we choose to ignore our respective natural environments...we suffer. Hopefully that's not new information for you?! Please just consider it a reminder...=^]
Onwards we roll...working hard to get ready for winter. Oh...hold on...those of you in the southern hemisphere are about to vault into Spring?! No wonder I see the Canada Geese starting to head south!! B^)

Labour Daze...that's what I'm involved in at this juncture in the time/space continuum. There are so many beautiful options and projects...and so little time. If any of you can figure out a way to negate sleep...let me know. I've been experimenting with sleep deprivation. I don't recommend it...though a person could definitely go the other direction and sleep their lives away. That would be foolish.
If you've been a blog subscriber for a while, you'll remember Ron Stanko's plan to live 40,000 years. Well...I wish that was realistic...but with present technology...it's not. Although, with medical technology improving/innovating at an exponential rate...our quality of life can be improved...pain can be alleviated...and we can all enjoy longer productive lives. I'm living proof of that.
